Bill serves as HORNE’s Deputy Chief Information Officer and is a director in HORNE’s Enterprise Technology division. He leads the execution of strategic initiatives for the firm’s Enterprise Technology teams for infrastructure, support, application development, and system administration.
Bill joined HORNE in 2006, working with the government technology team before moving into the role of Deputy CIO in 2024. Prior to joining HORNE, he worked with Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company as a System Administrator.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Millsaps College and has his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
